We have developed steel casting using hand molding process of weight ranging from 5.5 Kg to 600 Kg. Carbon steel, Alloy Stainless, Duplex and Super Duplex Steels are produced with stringent quality requirements.

We had successfully developed Shafts for Pump and Hydraulic Cylinder products using Super Duplex Steel grade 4A (2205). These shafts demand close tolerance of dimensions, intricate groove and keyway with fine finish condition. An image of shaft is enclosed.

We are an approved vendor to supply parts for defence vehicle manufacturers. Supporting Shim, developed using Alloy steel material grade has close dimensions with carburizing and 0.3 to 0.5 mm case hardening depth of surface finish.

We had successfully handled a critical project under breakdown for a reputed Pump manufacturer in Saudi Arabia for Duplex Steel Casting of 3A material grade. Casting weight ranges from 7 Kg to 150 Kg, comprising of 47 nos with Radiography quality and least defect level requirement. All castings were supplied in fully machined condition full filling internal and surface NDT requirements. A photograph showing a few castings is enclosed.

Wear Rings are critical part for a pump to function efficiently. We have acquired rich experience in developing this thin walled close tolerated critical parts in various material grades viz Cast Iron, Carbon and Alloy steel and also in Nitronic 50 & 60 and Super Duplex Steel grade 6A. A few rings do require Satellite overlay, which we perfrom. Besides these, hardness requirement of this part is very high to the tune of 45 HRC which we achieve using special heat treatment process.

Alternate manufacturing process for economic pricing: We are exporting Cylinder Box and Cylinder Hydra Trap Nest parts that are used in Hydraulic cylinder assembly of truck. These parts were made using casting process which was not economical and had quality issues and high pricing. We took up this project and successfully manufactured using Sheet metal process leveraging less cost, quick delivery and no capital investment on tooling. Images are enclosed.

We export a more number of parts of SG Iron and Steel grades for use in Hydraulic assembly of truck. These are most critical parts with close dimensional tolerances and stringent quality requirements.

We export a body casting of a pump used in mobile sand blasting machinery. Its an alloy steel grade with close tolerance dimension and high hardness as much as 55 – 58 HRC. Phosphating finish is done on the part.
