Contract manufacturing – Valve Assembly & Testing
Using our expertise in valve industry, we operate state-of-the art manufacturing facility, commissioned in India by a leading USA based valve manufacturer.
This includes receiving of Material Requirement Planning to Customar approval and documentation of tested and accepted valves on day to day basis.
We handle a wide range of Butterfly valves – Triple offset, Eccentric, Double Bleed – to name a few. Sizes range from DN50 (2in) to DN 600 (24in) with critical and precision assembly needs and highly demanding hydraulic testing requirements.
We uphold quality measures at all stages right from Material collection, process optimization, establishing assembly, inspection criteria and test procedures.
From a humble start up of a few valves around 3 years ago, we have reached a milestone of 3000+ valves in a month with consistent and enduring reliability of each valve product.
